Our search tools and in-depth market knowledge of our local areas helps home buyers quickly achieve their real estate goals. We are flexible in how the home search goes and we understand that some Kansas City home buyers already know the homes they want to see, while others need us to completely orchestrate and guide the process. How long will it take to locate your new home?

Locating your new home can move as quickly as you'd like it to move. The important first step is getting your Pre-Approval Letter. This step has become more important than ever with the tightened lending guidelines since the foreclosure crisis. There's a lot of factors to consider that most buyers didn't have to worry about the last time they purchased a home. For first time home buyers, it's critical that you have a loan officer guiding you on the loan aspect of things and a real estate agent guiding you through the rest of the home buying process. From there, your parameters for price, location and condition of a home will determine how quickly we can locate, negotiate on and close on a home. Once the right home is found, we'll analyze the area comparable sales, provide a buyer market analysis on the home and discuss current market conditions as we work to evaluate the home and an appropriate offer price.
