Locating your new home can move quickly and the important first step is getting your Pre-Approval Letter from a local mortgage lender. This step is as important as ever with today's mortgage lending guidelines. There are a lot of factors to consider that most buyers didn't have to worry about the last time they purchased a home. For first time home buyers, it's critical to have a loan officer guiding the buyer through the loan process and to have a real estate agent guiding the buyer through the rest of the home buying process. Once a buyer is pre-approved, we can move our focus on to price range of homes, location and home features that work for the buyer. Once the right home is found, we'll analyze comparable sales in the area, provide a market analysis on the home and discuss current market conditions to help the buyer arrive at an appropriate offer price.
