You've come to the right place for buying your new home.

Who do we help buy homes?

The Jason Brown Group works with home buyers looking to purchase resale homes, new home construction, bank-owned foreclosures, Short Sales and investment properties. Our coverage area includes Kansas City, Johnson County Kansas, Overland Park, Olathe, Lenexa, Leawood, Shawnee, Prairie Village, Lee's Summit and much of the surrounding areas. We are experts at locating homes that best fit our client's needs and financial parameters and we guide our home buyers all the way through the often complicated home buying process.

How do we help you locate your new home?

Our home search tools and in-depth local market knowledge help home buyers quickly achieve their real estate goals. We are flexible in how the home search goes and we understand that some Kansas City home buyers already have a list of the homes they want to see, while others need our help with orchestrating the home search. When buying a home, we seek to understand your goals and we work daily to help you achieve them. We understand that 90% of home buyers first view online the home they will ultimately purchase. What this means for home buyers is that it's critical that you work with a Kansas City Realtor who has the right technology to help you succeed and who has the ability to communicate quickly with you by phone, email or text and the ability to secure your signatures via digital online signatures when needed. We use all of the info shared by our home buyers to create search parameters that help us scour the MLS for homes that fit our home buyer's needs.

How long will it take to locate your new home?

Locating your new home can move quickly and the important first step is getting your Pre-Approval Letter from a local mortgage lender. This step is as important as ever with today's mortgage lending guidelines. There are a lot of factors to consider that most buyers didn't have to worry about the last time they purchased a home. For first time home buyers, it's critical to have a loan officer guiding the buyer through the loan process and to have a real estate agent guiding the buyer through the rest of the home buying process. Once a buyer is pre-approved, we can move our focus on to price range of homes, location and home features that work for the buyer. Once the right home is found, we'll analyze comparable sales in the area, provide a market analysis on the home and discuss current market conditions to help the buyer arrive at an appropriate offer price.
