* Promotion must be written into the signed listing agreement or the signed buyer's agency agreement to be valid. Promotion may be redeemed by the client once per listing agreement or per buyer's agency agreement and promotions may not be combined with any other promotions, unless specified and agreed to otherwise in writing. Use of a company, contractor, supplier or vendor recommended by The Jason Brown Group may be required. The client is responsible for scheduling and payment of any labor, materials, services or anything else authorized by the client. The applicable signed listing agreement or signed buyer's agency agreement is final and supersedes any/all other promotions, offers, advertisements and agreements, unless agreed to otherwise in writing thereafter. Promotion redemption will be a gift card to the client after closing has occurred with the amount of the gift card determined as follows: $500 gift card after closing on home sales $300,001 and greater; $400 gift card after closing on home sales 200,001 to $300,000; $300 gift card after closing on home sales $100,001 to $200,000; $200 gift card after closing on home sales under $100,000. Promotions can not be combined and $500 is the maximum gift card provided on any transaction. Gift card will be from a big box retailer as chosen by The Jason Brown Group. Gift card can not be a cash equivalent pre-paid credit card. Additional restrictions and exclusions may apply. Void in Missouri and where otherwise prohibited.
